WIA Tracking
Bartizan Connects, in partnership with Mitra International, created the nationally-recognized AttendTrack - system as the one-source solution for WIA "One-Stop" Centers. Using "swiped" or scanned data from a customer badge, it accurately tracks all core and other services used. Plus, the captured data can be used to automatically generate customized reports using the exclusive ActivityTrack - software. This collected information can be integrated with most case management systems.
United States Secretary of Labor, Elaine Chao, lauded the customer tracking system when she visited the first site set-up -- the Yonkers Employment Center in Yonkers, New York. The Center was awarded the Jett*Conn 2001 Showcase Award in the "Bringing WIA to Life" Programs and Policies category specifically for using AttendTrack and ActivityTrack.
System Components
AttendTrack Terminal:
The AttendTrack terminal is used to collect all of the information encoded on a customer's card as well as the service(s) utilized. The information is stored on a floppy disk as well as in the unit's battery-backed memory.
An additional feature of AttendTrack is random Customer Satisfaction Surveys. The survey questions can be changed by center personnel at any time.
AT-Mobile:
Collect data off-site, too, with AT-Mobile! It combines all the benefits of AttendTrack and ActivityTrack in a handheld so you can track customers at any location. One-Stop directors and staff can use AT-Mobile at seminars, events, or other employment-related activities, including job fairs and youth events. Upon returning to the Center, simply synch the data with the main system and all information is retained permanently! It's data-to-go!
ActivityTrack:
Software written exclusively for One-Stop Centers. This software collects all of the data from the AttendTrack terminal(s) and produces many reports that your center and the government require with a click of a button. These reports track the customer and services utilized from the time they enter your center until the minute they depart.
Card-Making Software:
Provides an easy to use, Windows based, data entry screen for One-Stop personnel to enter the required information on a customer and create card design.
Printer/Encoder:
Prints the customer's cards and encodes the mag-stripe/barcode at the same time.
AttendTrack Reporting:
One of the most important elements of the AttendTrack system is the ability to query the data and produce comprehensive reports upon demand.
