One lead retrieval solution does not necessarily make sense for every event or for every exhibitor. A show organizer's needs may vary depending upon the number and kinds of sessions to be tracked, along with the number of attendees present. Access control needs may differ, as well. That is why Bartizan, unlike anyone else, offers a wide variety of electronic data collection solutions for the event industry.
Our systems accommodate a variety of input sources, including 1-D and 2-D bar code, magnetic stripe, RFID and smartcards. Data can be acquired using a Bartizan desktop terminal, a handheld terminal or a real-time handheld terminal. The data that is collected can be viewed in the form of charts and graphs on-line. Exhibitors can leave an event with data on a USB key, an SD card, as well as a printout.
Of course, Bartizan lead retrieval equipment can capture sales leads at an exhibitor's booth. In addition, we offer solutions that can be used to capture leads anywhere on the event floor, as well as anywhere else where attendees gather at seminars, coffee breaks, receptions.
Some exhibitors like to append their records with notes, either the paper and pen kind or electronic notes. Others like the convenience of voice notes. Bartizan offers both.
