EXPO! Ultra - Desktop Lead Retrieval Terminal
EXPO! Ultra is a self-contained desktop lead retrieval terminal that has the features most desired by exhibitors: removable memory in the form of a USB stick; a 4-inch wide printer; accessibility of leads on Bartizan's LeadsLightning portal; intuitive operation. Registration contractors like the ease and speed with which they can install set-up files and download leads using Ultra.
In addition to the USB stick, data can be stored on a removable SD card. This gives a registration contractor the option of saving all leads to the SD card at an event’s conclusion. Alternatively, data can be downloaded from multiple Ultra units to a single SD card or single USB stick. Additional back-up is provided by the unit's internal memory (128 MB standard expandable to one GB). Finally, Bartizan preserves all data for 6 months as the ultimate backup.
EXPO! Ultra can capture data from badges encoded in a variety of formats: 1D and 2D bar code; magnetic stripe; RFID; smartcard. The EXPO! Ultra is easy to operate, especially as it has become familiar to over a million exhibitors since the original version was introduced in 1996.
