Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
-Work directly with CTO on the design and development of new applications to add to our existing suite of products.
- Meet with Partner companies, coordinate and develop integrations of their applications with our system.
- Add new functionality to existing products as needed.
- We need the new hire to hit the ground running so make sure that you possess the requirements listed below.
Skills / Knowledge / Education
- BS in Computer Science or EE or similar degree.
- Must have used C# on a daily basis for at least the last two years.
- At least 2 years recent experience using MS Access and/or SQL Server.
- Practical experience with ASP.Net a definite plus.
- Self-starter, who has both a high degree of independence and the ability to work in a team.
- A high level of professionalism and integrity is a must.
- Consistently able to meet deadlines.

Computer Systems Analyst
Overall Description: Responsible for analysis, design and implementation of computer systems. Provide data management, support of existing systems and development of new software applications based on customers' need and feed back. Business, mathematics, statistics and computer engineering theories are needed.
Skills / Knowledge / Education
- Experience in gathering requirements and developing functional specifications.
- Substantial experience in the following data management and programming software tools: MS-Access, SQL Server, ASP.NET, C++ and C#.
- Strong communication skills including verbal and written skills are essential.
- A degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics or equivalent work experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements, procedures and problems to automate or improve existing processes and workflow.
- Establish functional and technical specifications, document system parameters.
- Collect, manage and analyze data obtained from different data collection devices using web services and other means to then communicate information through publication of reports, presentations and web sites.
- Formulate mathematical and simulation models to define the likelihood and/or potential among the system's stakeholders. Develop models of how to implement the software application.
- Maintain software applications, troubleshoot technical problems, and resolve data, configuration and performance issues and all other data processing problems.
- Write complex ad-hoc queries to prepare different view and data set.
- Implement object oriented design patterns for implementation of software projects and the developing of commonly used .Net components.
