Badge Production Program
BadgeMax is an easy to use badge design and printing program that is closely integrated with Bartizan's lead retrieval products. This integration makes badge production a snap. The BadgeMax system consists of 3 modules:
- BadgeMax Designer is a graphical drag-and-drop tool used to design and edit data entry forms and badges. Forms can contain graphics and normal data entry fields as well as demographic features. Badges can contain graphics, text and high-capacity PDF-417 barcode containing attendee data. The module comes with a default Microsoft Access registration database. Alternatively, user-defined Access databases or Excel spreadsheets can be used. This module has the ability to define “select one” or “select all that apply” questions for demographics and/or surveys. BadgeMax Designer produces a basic setup file for Bartizan’s lead retrieval and session tracking systems.
- BadgeMax Runtime uses the file created by BadgeMax Designer to display the data entry screen. It enables data entry for on-site registration. Data can be written to either a Microsoft Access database or to an Excel spreadsheet. BadgeMax Runtime uses the badge template created in BadgeMax Designer to print badges. Badges can be printed in batch mode or can be queued. BadgeMax Runtime can be used to search for an attendee's data in one or more fields to facilitate editing.
- BadgeMax Connects allows badges to be printed on-site using a third-party Web-based registration system that otherwise has no ability to print badges.

Bartizan offers a variety of high quality, standards-compliant badge stock, both paper and plastic cards.
